OpenOne Audit complete for Jay County REMC, Portland, Indiana!
ATS performed the first software audit at Jay County REMC September 13 - 14, 2011. These audits are designed to help ATS better understand the day to day usage of our software and assist our customers with challenges they face. Mark Arnold, Business Manager at Jay County REMC, states "for two full days all of our users got to sit down with them (ATS) individually or together or in groups. Just what ever configuration was needed we were able to put together and it worked extremely well. In doing this we were able to learn how to use the software more efficiently, get answers to problems we were having with the software and learn about things that the software could do that we didn’t know it could do. Any answers that weren’t readily available were made note of and we will be getting an answer as soon as possible. In the process we also got some answers to some questions we didn’t even know we had.". ATS intends to audit each of our clients in the same methodology. to stay in touch with our clients and they to embrace all of the functionality available in the products.
